Suroviny

  • 400 g rajčata v konzervě
  • 1 ks chilli paprička červená
  • 1 ks zázvor, asi 2cm kousek
  • 1 hvězdička badyán
  • 250 g cukr krystal
  • 150 ml vinný ocet červený

Postup přípravy

  • KROK 1

    Put a 400g tin of diced tomatoes, 1 finely chopped red chilli, a thumb-sized piece of ginger, star anise, 250g caster sugar, 150ml red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt into a saucepan. Bring everything to a boil and cook for 30 minutes until thickened. Remove from the heat, let cool and transfer to a sterilized jar. Store in the cold and serve as a chutney with burgers, grilled meats and vegetables.
