Suroviny
- 160 g hladká mouka + na posypání
- 1 1/2 lžičky skořice mletá
- 1 špetka koření pěti vůní nebo perníkové
- 100 g máslo, změklé a nakrájené na kostky
- 60 g mleté mandle
- 100 g třtinový cukr
- 1 vejce, lehce prošlehané
- 1/2 lžíce cukr moučka
- 4 lžíce džem malinový
Postup přípravy
- KROK 1
Combine the flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and allspice in a large bowl. Rub the butter in with your fingertips until the mixture resembles a crumb. Then add the almonds and powdered sugar. Add the egg and mix it in with a knife. Then comes the handwork. Knead the mixture in the bowl with your hands until it forms a compact mass. If the dough is very soft, let it cool for 15 minutes.
- KROK 2
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut out 20 circles with a 7 cm diameter cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Reconnect the scraps of dough, roll out and cut out as many cookies as you can (must be an even number). With a small round cutter, cut out a circle in the middle of half of the cookies. Put all the cookies in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- KROK 3
Heat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- KROK 4
Spread the jam on the filled biscuits and spread over the entire surface. Cover them with cookies with circles cut out in the middle. Mix the powdered sugar with the rest of the cinnamon and dust the glued cookies with it.
